After receiving numerous complaints, the Martin County Sheriff's Department executed a search warrant at 22 Bill Stepp Bottom Inez, Ky. Upon executing the search warrant, deputies confiscated 15 firearms, over 7,000 dollars in cash and coins along with 2041.5 pills and marijuana. Andy Stacy was arrested and lodged in the Big Sandy Regional Detention Center. He is charged with trafficking in a controlled substance, 3rd degree, 2nd offense, tampering with physical evidence and possession/use of police radio. Nancy Evans was also at the residence. She was arrested and charged with trafficking in a controlled substance 1st offense. She was also lodged in the Big Sandy Regional Detention Center. While executing the search warrant Earnest Maynard was observed in the area. Deputies knew he had a suspended license. He was also arrested on driving on a DUI suspended license, 1st offense. He was also lodged in the Big Sandy Regional Detention Center. The investigation is ongoing at this time by the Martin County Sheriff's Department. She has spent 18+ years as a critical care nurse prior to obtaining her FNP. Tonya is taking new patients and can see all ages from birth to adult.
