Jessie Stroud Obituary

Jessie Lee Stroud, 63 of Breeden, West Virginia passed away on Thursday, August 16^th, 2013 at Cabell Huntington Hospital in Huntington, West Virginia. He was born in West Virginia on October 17^th, 1949 to the late Shorty Stroud and Susie Marcum Stroud. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by four siblings, Willis Stroud, Eva Sue Hughes, JoAnn Hughes and Paul David Stroud.

Jessie is survived by his wife, Gustie Marie Perry Stroud, two children, Jessie D. (Sherry) Stroud and Rebecca (Scottie) Akers and two grandchildren, Kaitlyn and Kameron Akers, seven siblings, Harmon & Linda Stroud, June & Bert Williams, Kat & Doug Payne, Martha & Thomas Madison, James & Patty Stroud, Van & Easter Stroud and Ruth & Wiley Miller. He is also survived by his special sister-in-law, Tennessee Dillon and a host of family, friends and loved ones.

 Visitation will be held at the Turkey Creek Church in Wilsondale on Saturday, August 17^th. Funeral services will also be at the church on Sunday, August 18^th at 11:00am with George Nelson and Emanuel Ferguson officiating. Burial will follow at the Jessie Lee Stroud Cemetery in Breeden. Arrangements are under the direction of the Richmond-Callaham Funeral Home, Inez, Kentucky.
