Earsie Bowen Chaffins, 71, of Inez, KY passed away October 5, 2013.
Earsie waas born July 1, 1942 in Martin County, KY. She was the daughter of the late Curtis and Lidie Johnson Bowen.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, David Chaffins, her son Michael Chaffins , sister, Edith Bowen, and brothers, Curtis Jr., Henry, and Ed Bowen.
She is survived by brothers, Earshel [Norma Lee] Bowen of Inez, KY and Calvin [Betty] Bowen of Florida, 4 grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held 11:00 AM, Tuesday, October 8, 2013 in the chapel of Richmond-Callaham Funeral Home, Inez, KY with Joe Mullins officiating. Burial will follow in the Bowen Cemetery, Inez, KY.
Friends may call after 5:00 PM Sunday, October 6, 2013 and Monday, October 7, 2013 at the funeral home.
