Lucian passed away August 16, 2013 at the Paul B. Hall Hospital in Paintsville, Ky. Born March 25, 1944. Lucian is preceded in death by his son Michael David Chaffin and his parents. Lucian is survived by his son David chaffins and two daughters also four brothers, five sisters, nine grandchildren, two great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be at the Mountain Community Fellowship Church. In Paintsville, Ky. August 17, 2013 At 6:pm also Sunday, August 18, 2013 all day. Funeral will be at the Church Monday August 19, 2013 at 10:am. Officiating will be Jason Hutchinson Internment will be at the Family Cemetery Cassell Branch Inez , Ky.
