Wilma Faye Fannin Hale, age 52 of Mayslick, KY formerly of Inez, passed away Saturday, September 7 at home in her sleep with long time companion, friends, caregiver and love, Thomas Joseph Fletcher. Born April 22, 1961 in Akron, Ohio to the late Fred Randolph Fannin and Maudie Barton Fannin. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by four brothers, Robert Wayne Fannin, Paul Greenville Fannin, James Henry Fannin and Danny Joe Fannin. She is survived by her companion, Thomas Joseph Fletcher; two daughters, Autumn Fannin of Inez and Kayla Harless of Louisa; one brother, Burl Gene Fannin of Inez; one sister, Freda (Bill) Fannin Taylor of Louisville, KY; five grandchildren, Layla, Trent, Lilly, Cage Fannin all of Inez and Shania Staton of Louisville; five nieces and nephews, Misty, Brandy, Jaime, Moses and Brett; and her extended family, T.J., Zach and Dixie Fletcher all of Inez and Sherry, Sharon, Patricia and Sharlene all of Mayslick, Kentucky.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday, September 10, 2013 at 11am in the chapel of the Phelps and Son Funeral Home with burial to follow in the J. C. Fletcher Cemetery in Inez. Friends may visit the Funeral Home from 1:00-10:00pm Monday and until time of service on Tuesday. Richard (Doc) Maynard will officiate. Arrangements are by the Phelps & Son Funeral Home, Inez.
