Phyllis Elaine Neeley, 77 of Tomahawk, Kentucky passed away Friday, September 27th, 2013 at her home. She is preceded in death by her parents, Buck and Everal Neeley. She is survived by her brother, William Jack (Kim) Neeley of Suisun City, Ca and sisters, Joyce (Wayne) Buskirk of Fredericktown, Ohio and Donna Booth of Tomahawk, Kentucky. Phyllis was retired and was the vice president of CAMC labs.
Funeral services will be held at the Richmond-Callaham Funeral Home in Inez on Sunday, September 29th at 1:00pm with Jack Ward officiating. Burial will follow at the Hatfield Cemetery in Tomahawk, Kentucky. Arrangements are under the direction of Richmond-Callaham Funeral Home.
