The Kentucky primary gubernatorial election of 2023 witnessed a disappointing display of voter turnout as the people of the Bluegrass State had a limited participation in choosing their preferred candidate for the highest office. Even thought the actual turout topped early projections, only 14.44% of registered voters turned out to cast their ballots.
