A Martin County teacher, Willie Stepp has been arrested after being accused of driving under the influence. Stepp was charged Wednesday night with a DUI and driving on a suspended license. Stepp is a teacher a Sheldon Clark High School in Inez, KY. The Superintendent Mark Blackburn says he is investigating in the incident. The Big Sandy Jail says Stepp was released on a $500 bond.
